5. Balloons

For the balloons, first you must find a stock photo or reference photo for them. I went to Google Images and found a picture of balloons, view mine here.
Drag the image of the balloons onto the canvas and delete all but one, I left the middle orange one.

Next thing to do is get the Pen Tool and draw completely around the balloon like so:

Turn the path into a selection by rick-clicking it and clicking “Make Selection.” Then fill the selection with #de5a21.

Now apply the following layer styles to the balloon layer:
Inner Glow
Gradient Overlay
Pattern Overlay
Now you should be left with a result like so:

Duplicate that balloon (CTRL+J) then flip it horizontally Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal, now change the color of it CTRL+U.
I used 200, 60, 0. (Note: Make sure you check Colorize when in Hue/Saturation.)
