Now let’s start our text.
Get the text tool and write out your text in any color you want, I used white.

You can download the font I used from here.
Right-click the text layer and go into the Blending Options. Apply the following layer styles & settings:
• Inner Shadow
• Outer Glow
• Bevel and Emboss
• Gradient Overlay
• Pattern Overlay (download)
You should now have a result like mine:
